::I don’t know if English is your first language, and I don’t know any other foreign language to compare Albanian with, but in Albanian the grammar is a bit difficult and it changes everything. When you are talking about yourself and you express that in English you always have to say I – ex. I did it. Whereas in Albanian gender is determined by the suffix, without using pronouns.
:::So, in the last line for example: I want to heal you – in stead of translating it: Unë dëshiroj të të shëroj. You can simply say: Dëshiroj të të shëroj, because if the sentence was: you want to heal me, then it would be: Ti dëshiron të më shërosh, or just Dëshiron të më shërosh. Or the other sentence: I've been watching you from the distance. Which is Present Perfect Progressive Tense, in Albanian we translate it with Present tense, but if you translate it literally like yuo did, it would be like this: Unë kam qenë duke shikuar.
